At Moler’s Audio Visual, we understand that sometimes you need your project completed quickly. To accommodate urgent requests, we offer a three-tier rush fee system for our services. Our rush fees provide faster processing times for an additional cost, ensuring we can prioritize your project according to your timeline while maintaining the high-quality results you expect.
How It Works
When placing your order, simply request the rush tier that best fits your needs. The rush charge will be added to your total service fee. Please note that rush services are subject to availability, and we recommend contacting us to confirm feasibility for large or complex projects.
Standard Rush (+50% Project Cost)
Our Standard Rush tier ensures your project is prioritized and completed within 5-7 production days*. This option is ideal for those who need their media converted quickly but have some flexibility in their schedule.
Express Rush (+100% Project Cost)
The Express Rush tier guarantees completion within 2-3 production days*. Perfect for clients with tight deadlines, this option moves your project to the front of the queue for rapid processing.
Priority Rush (+200% Project Cost)
Our Priority Rush tier is the fastest option, with completion guaranteed within 1-2 production days*. This premium service is designed for urgent needs, ensuring your project is handled immediately by our dedicated team.

* Production days are Tuesday through Friday from 9am to 5:30pm. If you bring your project in after 12pm, the first day begins the following production day. For instance, if you bring a project in at 1pm on a Wednesday and request it to be completed in 3 production days, you will be able to pick it up the following Wednesday.
