On request, 35mm negatives are scanned at approximately 2740 x 1830 pixels in a standard scan or approximately 6774 x 4492 pixels in a high resolution scan and are saved as jpeg files. Files are returned on a CD by default, but can be requested on a flash drive for an additional cost.

Prints are available in glossy or matte surface.
